Assist. Prof. Dr. Maria do Céu Colaço dos Santos is an accomplished academic and researcher at the University of Coimbra, where she serves as Assistant Professor in Public-Private Administration within the Faculty of Law and as a researcher at CeBER – Centre for Business and Economics Research.
