Dr. Dongzhi Chen is a researcher at the China Tourism Academy / Data Center of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Beijing, specializing in tourism analytics, digital platforms, and consumer behavior within the hospitality sector. His research focuses on peer-to-peer accommodation, platform-based trust mechanisms, and the evolving dynamics of traveler–host interactions.
