Abstract: This study aims to investigate the annual fatal accidents involving trucks in El Hajeb Province, Morocco, utilizing a TRIZ-Ishikawa diagram. The integration of TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) with the Ishikawa diagram provides a structured approach to identify root causes and potential solutions for the observed fatalities. Through data analysis and TRIZ principles application, critical factors contributing to truck accidents are identified and categorized using the Ishikawa diagram. Subsequently, TRIZ inventive principles are applied to propose innovative solutions to mitigate these factors and enhance road safety in the province. The findings of this investigation offer valuable insights for policymakers, transportation authorities, and stakeholders to develop targeted interventions and strategies aimed at reducing fatal accidents involving trucks in El Hajeb Province.
